Someone Flew A Drone High Above Maryland And Captured The Most Breathtaking Footage

Previously, we discussed abandoned Fort Carroll. This fort was built in 1847 on the Patapsco River as a defense spot for Baltimore. Now years later, it sits eerily quiet as the fort’s only inhabitants are migratory birds. While getting here is no easy feat, Youtube user Greg Cox captured this unique place by drone.

Check out the footage below, where you can see withering archways and eerily overgrown plant life. It’s bizarre, yet oddly beautiful.
