Side Street Cafe is a family owned eatery that has been a local favorite since its 2009 opening.

Owners Jena and Jeff have worked hard to cultivate a space with friendly service, a casual atmosphere, and mouthwatering food.

Although the food itself qualifies as gourmet goodness, the atmosphere here is laid back and casual.

There's no need to dress up for a meal here (although you certainly can if you feel like it).

The menu includes all kinds of tasty lunch and dinner items, but Side Street Cafe is famous for its mac & cheese.

The Signature Mac portion of the menu includes Jeff's Mac & Cheese, Lobster Mac (the most popular), and 1/2 Rack & Mac, which comes topped with ribs.

You can also order your mac & cheese plain or customize it with the toppings of your choice. This means there are at least eight combinations you can order here, and it's probably more like a dozen.

In addition to the menu staples, the team is always creating specialty mac & cheeses and seasonal specials.
