You’d be hard pressed to find a restaurant in inland Maine without a great view. That’s just one of the reasons we’re lucky to spend our days in Vacationland. But, while we love the summertime greenery and the snow covered hill views, it’s the fall foliage that really makes us swoon. This restaurant located away from the coast and overlooking one of the best lakes in Maine has great food, but it’s the views of the fall foliage that really takes the cake!

The Blair Hill Inn, located in beautiful Greenville, was once a gentleman's estate and a breeding farm.

It was built as a mansion in 1891, but has since been restored into a boutique hotel with a gorgeous interior, but even more beautiful views.
The house sits on the side of a sweeping hill and overlooks Moosehead Lake.

While the inn is a lovely place to escape the hustle and bustle of a busier life, the restaurant is a great place to spend a few hours away.

Especially during peak fall foliage season in Maine!

Each meal served at the restaurant comes from the garden on the grounds, which are planted in the inn's greenhouse and gardens.

The chef sources daily fresh ingredients, which means that each day's meal is created based on what's available in the garden that day.
