Maine is truly stunning. From the forest to the sea, we could sit around looking through photos of our state for hours. The only thing better than the photos our readers submit, are the videos that are available online to watch. We’ve searched out (and found!) some of the best drone footage of Maine that currently exists, but one of our favorite ways to watch Maine in video is through timelapse. We recently found this collaboration between videographer Tate Yoder (who is a teenager from Penobscot!) and L.L.Bean and knew we had to share it.

Take a look for a short and sweet, but absolutely beautiful journey through a Maine summer. From places like Cadillac Mountain to Chimney Pond and Stonington to Monument Cove, we hope you’ll love this beauty as much as we did. And, more importantly, we hope it starts your day in the calmest and happiest of ways!

We think Tate is so talented and, apparently, so does L.L. Bean! Check out another timelapse by this young, talented videographer by clicking here.
