The Small Cafe, Lea’s Lunchroom In Louisiana Has A Pecan Pie Known Around The World

Nothing tastes more southern than a sinfully delicious slice of pecan pie. When your sweet tooth strikes, there’s one little place in the middle of nowhere that’s worth the road trip, and that’s Lea’s Lunchroom. This humble little cafe has been serving up some of the best plate lunches and pies since 1928, and after one bite, you’ll fall in love.

You’ll find Lea’s Lunchroom in the small town of Lecompte, Louisiana, which is just outside of Alexandria.

Lea’s Lunchroom is open six days a week, on Tuesday - Sunday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Breakfast served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and lunch served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
