Some might remember Cafe Josephine's original roots as Napoleon Avenue Meat Market, an old fashioned meat market and grocery store that also served breakfast and lunch. They wanted to expand their culinary horizons, and Chef Troy Bijeaux knew he wanted to create a full-service restaurant in small-town Sunset.
