There's nothing better than a heaping plate of pasta to end the day. When you're in the mood for some authentic Italian cuisine, hop on over to this tasty restaurant that's been a northern Louisiana favorite for over 30 years. Their all-you-can-eat spaghetti special will make you a customer for life!
Notini’s has been a Bossier City staple since 1981.
The restaurant was opened by Jerry Notini Kolniak, his brother Ronnie, and their father Stanley. The restaurant is named in honor of Jerry’s grandfather, Antonio Notini, who immigrated to the United States in 1909.
This family-run restaurant has a perfectly casual atmosphere that’s great for both family meals and evenings out with friends.
The walls are decorated with pictures from the past - a nostalgic nod to their history and family ties. I’m sure these kids are just upset that they finished their plates of delicious pasta!
Notini’s commitment to making food from scratch is just one of the reasons that they’ve been a local favorite for over 30 years.
The homemade tomato and Alfredo sauces are made daily, and you’ll fall in love at first bite.
As you would expect, the menu features some incredible Italian dishes that are melt-in-your-mouth good.
From lasagna to pizzas, you’ll have a tough time deciding on what to order. They also offer po’boys, salads, and muffulettas.
On Wednesday nights, you simply can’t pass up the all-you-can-eat spaghetti special.
For only $4.99, you can feast on the amazing spaghetti with plain sauce and garlic bread. Be sure to come hungry! The special is offered every Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and is a dine-in only dish, so grab some friends and make a night of it.
You can find Notini’s Italian Restaurant at 2013 Airline Dr., Bossier City, LA 71111. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Friday & Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Notini's is closed on Sundays.
