One thing that can be said about our Kentucky locals is that Kentucky folks do things their own way. We have so many unique and unusual places in Kentucky for people of every taste and disposition. If you have a hankering for all things witchy and wizardly, then come see Hierophany & Hedge in Covington, Kentucky.
Welcome to a whimsical shop that looks like it fell out of the pages of a fantasy book. Whether you’re into metaphysics, fantasy books and movies, unusual objects, or cosplay, Hierophany & Hedge has it all!
Once inside, you’ll enter a world of wonders as you’re surrounded by pure esoterica. The friendly shop owners Augur and Coil are more than happy to find what you seek from the realms of wizards, witches, and other arcane interests.
If your interests lean toward the metaphysical realm, you’ll find candles, incense, herbal sachets, pendulums, tarot decks, pendants, crystals, stones, and so much more.
For gamers who are into tabletop pen-and-paper role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons, you’ll find a wide array of rulebooks, and dice, and may even find a dose of nostalgia with books from decades ago.
If it’s wands you’re wanting, there’s a huge cupboard full of them of various lengths and designs. Pick them up for cosplay or for a wizardly decoration for your home.
It’s not really spooky and scary in here. There’s a lot of fun and silliness to be found with cute plush creatures, books for slight-of-hand-stage magic, and even a real and sweet shop cat known as Baroness Belladonna Nightshade.
Whatever you seek, whether it’s for gaming, decoration, spirituality, fandom, esoteric interests, or you just like odd and unusual objects, this shop is a great place to browse and you’re sure to find something you’ll love.
