If you’re not looking for a reason to visit Princeton, Kentucky, you will be now! Situated inside the tiniest, historic building on Main Street, Mrs. McLovets’ Cupcakes is the quintessential small town bakery. You’ll fall in love with the sweet treats, charming shop, and friendly service of this family-owned destination.
Located in a tiny portion of an 1840s historic building, Mrs. McLovets' Cupcakes is the perfect little spot for a sweet treat.
You really can't go wrong with any of the flavors, but there are a few that sound particularly enticing. Peanut Butter Cup, pictured above, is a favorite, as well as the Maple Bacon and the Mocha Latte.
Mrs. McLovets' also offers other baked goods available for both purchase and special order.
Choose from a variety of cheesecakes, cookies, breads and specialty cakes. It's best to call ahead if you are looking for something in particular, but they do have some baked goods available immediately throughout the weekend.
Princeton is lucky to have such a sweet little bakery to call their own.
The bakery is located next to the Princeton Art Guild and after you pick up a cupcake or two, check out the small courtyard located behind the Art Guild and cupcake shop. Mrs. McLovets' Cupcakes is open Thursday and Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm.
