If you're here to eat a lot of sushi, then you've picked the right place. However, they have other options that don't involve raw seafood, but they won't be riding the train.
Sit alongside friends and strangers and enjoy the sushi train as it brings food around the table.
The Olathe location is open on Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5:30 to 9 p.m. On Sundays they're open from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. The Shawnee location is also open during the same hours, but open on Mondays as well.
