I don’t know about you, but I LOVE foods from different countries. Whether it’s Mexican, Italian, Chinese, etc., I will eat. It. All. The LAST place I ever expected to find amazing sushi was Hays, Kansas--but this place has exceeded both my expectations and those of many others! My personal favorite is the crunchy Spiderman Roll (pictured).

This hidden gem offers a wide variety of tasty Indian cuisine that you can either order or enjoy from the buffet.
3. My Tho (Wichita)
Don't blink or you may pass this unassuming building with some of the tastiest pho in the state! Pictured is the steak and brisket pho--yum!
