Summer is starting to be here more every day, and as temperatures rise and kids are out of school, there’s more time to spend outdoors. The botanical gardens here in Wichita are a magical sight year-round, but even more so when the flowers are in full bloom and the trees are green with life. They've also got events running through the summer, if you're looking for something more interesting than greenery for the kids.

Wilson Lake is a great destination for camping, fishing, boating, and swimming, so what else do you need? Grab your campfire gear and head on down for a weekend in nature.
