Cheryl and Woody Wasson actually compete on the championship barbecue circuit, so you know they know what they’re doing. They’re best known for their baby back ribs, but their brisket, pulled pork and other offerings are also very tasty.

This unique Caribbean-style barbecue place is a standout. Their 24-hour beef brisket and smoked pork tenderloin are to die for.

Jethro’s serves up mouth-watering hickory and oak smoked meats along with their house-made sauces like Alabama white, Georgia barbecue or teriyaki barbecue.
