This historic building in one of the state's most popular Amish communities was once a leading manufacturer of the "Hoosier Cabinet" but is now an excellent shopping mall with many things to shop, eat, see, and do.
In business since 2011, Rocket Science Ice Cream specializes in a one-of-a-kind method of dessert-making that involves liquid nitrogen. Everyone needs to try this space-age dairy treat.
The liquid nitrogen gives this handcrafted ice cream a unique texture you'll have to try in order to believe. This place is more like a science lab with the staff whipping up these concoctions on-site.
The idea behind this scientific ice cream is that the cooled liquid nitrogen flash-freezes the ice cream and forms tiny ice crystals. This fabulous method creates a velvet-like texture that can't be beat.
There are a plethora of flavors to choose from at this unique ice cream parlor. Candy, nut, and fruit toppings, as well as flavored ice creams, allow you to come up with just about any combination.
