Okay, let’s be real here: the Midwest isn’t exactly known for its outrageously awesome Thai food, but maybe it should be. As it turns out, Indianapolis is filled with top-rated, absolutely spectacular Thai spots where master chefs create dishes as colorful and elegant as they are delicious. But what if you’re not terribly keen on heading to the big city and instead prefer something a little more low-key? Hiding in a little suburb not too far from Indy (but not close enough to be busy all the time) is what’s quite possibly the best Thai restaurant in Indiana. It’s called Zapp Thai Restaurant, and everything here is wonderful… especially the Thai dumplings.
