In business since 2007, U Gazdy in northern Illinois has been a home for Polish residents of the state as well as those unfamiliar with the culture and cuisine.
There are also a myriad of soups and salads as well as salmon, meatballs, scallops, beef stroganoff, baby back ribs, breaded pork chop, pork goulash, pork or beef patties, trout, and so much more.
