We almost can’t keep up with all of the new brewpubs opening every single month. But who started this “beer revolution”? Highlands Hollow in Boise is considered the state’s very first microbrewery. They’ve been doing it the longest, and if you’re a beer fanatic then you absolutely have to visit it.
