While Capitol Cellars may not be a secret for those who frequent downtown Boise, for those visiting or just starting to explore the City of Trees, it's a food haven. But it's also a literal hidden gem, tucked down a flight of stairs into the dark recesses of BoDo's main dining and bar hub.
