Known for fusing the many flavors you’ll find across Asia with Hawaii’s fresh, local ingredients, Chef Chai has created a culinary style that not only reflects the Aloha State’s cultural diversity but is mighty delicious.
Constantly on the lookout for new spices and ingredients at Oahu’s many fabulous farmers' markets and in Honolulu’s Chinatown, Chef Chai has created an innovative menu sure to satisfy your taste buds.
Chef Chai’s flavor-blending expertise is displayed prominently in many of his signature dishes, including fresh ahi katsu with tomato mango salsa wasabi curry sauce, kataifi and macadamia nut-crusted black tiger prawn rainbow salad with tangerine vinaigrette, fresh mahi-mahi with Thai red curry sauce, and Thai-style oxtail soup.
The menu may seem overwhelming, but there’s something for everyone here — from the Hamakua mushroom and black truffle risotto cakes to the grilled octopus with sauteed garlic and fresh cherry tomatoes, there’s something for everyone on the menu here.
