In the 1960s, James Stripling had a passion for fresh pork, which led him to develop the highly coveted Stripling’s Sausage Recipe, still used today.

James opened a tiny butcher shop on the family farm, which sold fresh pork and sausage.

The demand for the sausage grew in leaps and bounds and eventually the tradition continued through the family from generation to generation.

Stripling’s produces over 300,000 pounds of sausage every year and 35,000 pounds of jerky—that’s how good this butcher shop is.

There is reliability in knowing that a butcher shop has withstood the test of time and continues to put out quality cuts of meat.
