Ever watch the old TV show “Cheers” and dream of going to a place with that kind of atmosphere? One spot where you can capture a feeling that’s pretty dang close is at Manuel’s Tavern in Atlanta. This old-school place may not be as flashy as newer, more colorful restaurants, but it sure is fun.
