The truth is, there is not a state park in Georgia that isn’t worth the visit. Georgia is home to 50 state parks, each with differing characteristics, highlights, and history. But sometimes, especially when people are itching to get out into the great outdoors, we like to highlight the underdogs. Hard Labor Creek State Park in Georgia is certainly an underdog in comparison to other state parks, simply because it isn’t as well-known. But, that doesn’t mean it isn’t fascinating in its own right.
