Wisconsin has more than our fair share of unique places to eat in amazing locations, but this one might the most unforgettable. Piccadilly Lilly's is a small home-style diner that's literally parked on an airstrip. Folks flying in and out of the area love stopping for reasonably priced fuel and even cheaper hamburgers.

Folks that fly in can literally step from their plane into the diner in a matter of yards, making this little restaurant one heck of a unique stop.

Tri-county regional airport is tucked over in the southwest corner of the state, near Spring Green. It's a small, two runway airport that serves about 44 planes a day.

But folks who live and travel through the area make the trip out to the airport for more than just the planes - they come for Piccadilly Lilly's airport diner, located right there along the airstrip.

Named after a B-17 Flying Fortress, this place is open seven days a week from 6 am to 2 pm.

Always a mix of locals, pilots and folks just passing through, you'll never be short for conversation at this unique little slice of small town Wisconsin.

The pancakes are as big as the plate, the prices are incredibly cheap ...

... and the pie is homemade - and worth stopping for all on its own.

There's a ton to do in Spring Green, but a trip to Piccadilly Lilly's should always be a part of your plans - for the unique location, stellar food and amazing fellow customers.

The views aren't half bad, either!

Located at E2513 Co Rd JJ, Spring Green, WI 53588.
