Washington's wine industry is booming, and if you love to indulge, you know there's nothing like a day (or weekend) spent visiting some of our finest tasting rooms. But some of our state wineries also have amazing restaurants as well. If you plan to taste at any of these locations this year, make sure you bring your appetite.

1. Sorrento's Ristorante at Tsillan Cellars, 3875 US Highway 97A, Chelan

Not only is Chelan's Tsillan Cellars absolutely gorgeous, it's home to one of the best restaurants in town. Sorrento’s Ristorante offers fine dining with a view, serving decadent dinners daily and lunch and brunch on the weekends.

2. Taverna Tagaris at at Tagaris Winery, 844 Tulip Lane, Richland

As wonderful as the wine is here, the highlight of your experience will definitely be Taverna Tagaris. This eatery serves Greek and Mediterranean inspired cuisine, and they're famous for their flatbreads -- although these juicy burgers are tough to resist, especially after a long day of wine tasting.

3. Tendrils at Cave B Winery, 344 Silica Rd. NW, Quincy

This peaceful place is a top destination for PNW wine lovers. Their restaurant, Tendrils, truly lives up to the hype. The onsite garden provides the chef with plenty of fresh herbs and produce, and the meat and seafood entrees are scrumptious.

4. 18 Brix at Karma Vineyards, 1681 S. Lakeshore Rd., Chelan

Karma Vineyards is known for its wine cave, but its restaurant is just as amazing. The menu is full of inviting dinner options, and on Sundays, you can enjoy a beautiful champagne brunch.

5. Vin du Lac Bistro at Vin du Lac Winery, 105 Hwy 150, Chelan

Nothing beats sitting lakeside enjoying food from this charming bistro on a warm day. Vin du Lac Bistro was inspired by winemaker Larry Lehmbecker’s time in Paris, and it shows.

6. Wine o'Clock Bistro at Bunnell Family Cellar, 548 Cabernet Court, Prosser

Located in Prosser's Vintners' Village , Wine o'Clock is absolutely delightful. This charming bistro serves wood-fired artisan pizza, hearty entrees, and decadent desserts, all of which you can pair with perfect wine flights.

7. Sea Glass Grill at Westport Winery, 1 South Arbor Rd., Aberdeen

You can taste 32 award-winning wines (and two ciders) at Westport Winery Garden Resort, but don't forget to enjoy a meal at Sea Glass Grill. Not only has it been voted one of the top five winery restaurants in the nation by USA Today, but you'll find something for everyone (even kids!) on the menu.

8. Fiction at J. Bookwalter, 894 Tulip Ln., Richland

Fiction is fantastic, which is unsurprising since J. Bookwalter was named one of the best tasting rooms in the United States by Sunset magazine. The lunch and dinner menu rotate seasonally and use fresh, local, organic ingredients whenever possible. Their daily happy hour (from 3-6) features delights like avocado fries and Waygu sliders.

9. BBQ at Lake Chelan Winery, 3519 Highway 150, Chelan

BBQ in the Vineyard is a seasonal experience, but it's well worth planning a trip in the summertime to try it. Dining on mouthwatering BBQ with a glass of wine while enjoying spectacular views is the best way to spend a beautiful evening.

10. Vineyard Grill at Terra Blanca, 34715 N. Demoss Rd., Benton City

Terra Blanca is a gorgeous estate vineyard and winery located in the beautiful Red Mountain area. The hours are limited (it's currently only open on Saturdays from noon-5, but it's also open Sundays from April-October), but once you try the brick oven pizzas, you'll be hooked.
