Just blocks away from the beach, Commonwealth Brewery offers a lively outdoor seating area, unique craft beer, and delicious snacks to top it all off. Here's more on this beachfront brewery in Virginia that's your ticket for getting ready for summertime:
Commonwealth Brewery is located in Virginia Beach inside what used to be the Chesapeake Beach Fire & Rescue Station #4.
After lots of recent renovations, this lively spot now boasts a 28-tap tasting room along with a scenic outdoor patio.
While the brewery is open year-round, there's no denying the allure of this local spot come summertime. The outdoor patio, just a quick walk from the Chesapeake Bay Beaches, is the perfect place to enjoy a summer shandy.

Commonwealth also partners with local restaurants to ensure that visitors have plenty to snack on as well. Photographed below are bites from Tia's Fajitas.
