Our House Bistro Is A Mouthwatering Vermont Restaurant With 30 Different Kinds Of Mac ‘N Cheese

This nostalgic food brings back childhood memories for so many, and luckily there's one little restaurant in Winooski that's taking this childhood favorite to new levels. Established in 2010, this rustic little eatery quickly became a favorite neighborhood restaurant that caters to both families and friends looking to have a good time and eat some incredible food.

The menu features an assortment of American fare with their own unique spin on things, like the chicken and waffles sandwich pictured below.

You’ll also find several hearty burgers any meat eater would love to sink their teeth into.

But the star of the show at Our House Bistro is the mac and cheese.

You've never had mac and cheese like this before.

You’ll find 30 different Mac and cheese dishes on the menu, each one more incredible than the next. While they do offer a traditional mac and cheese, consider stepping outside of your comfort zone with one of their crazy concoctions, like BBQ mac, jambalaya mac, or chicken farm mac.

Their poutine Mac (pictured below) is a carb lover’s dream. They take their signature Mac and cheese and then pile it sky high with bacon, mushrooms, cheddar curds and a savory gravy cheese sauce with a handful of their house fries.

Feeling like seafood? No problem, go for their crab Mac that’s loaded with crab meat, tomatoes, spinach, crab cheese sauce and mozzarella and then topped with a monster crab cluster claw. Yum!

It’s going to be tough, but try to save room for one of their inventive desserts. Their deep-fried PB&J is the perfect ending to a nostalgic meal!
