Island Ice Cream makes ice cream, sorbet, and gelato by hand in small batches and packages them for retail, restaurants, and scoop shops.
It's all made on the beautiful island of South Hero in northern Vermont.
There are over 50 flavors to choose from. While they are famous for their Vermont Maple Walnut, other popular favorites include French Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Supreme, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Island Coconut, Sea Salt Caramel, Mint Chocolate Chip, Coffee Chip, and Pink Grapefruit.
And they're all fantastic.
Even the caramel used in the Sea Salt Caramel ice cream is handmade right in their kitchen.
And boy is it good!
