Some Of Utah’s Tastiest Tacos Are Right Here In Salt Lake City At Santo Taco

Taco Tuesday is our favorite day of the week, but there's no need to look at the calendar when you're craving tacos - they make the perfect lunch or dinner any time.

Utahns have many authentic Mexican food choices, and there's a little taqueria in Salt Lake City that offers some of the tastiest tacos you'll find.

Claudia and Alfonso Brito spent years preparing to open their restaurant, Santo Taco. They first started with a humble taco cart, then got a food truck, and finally opened their Salt Lake City restaurant in 2018. You'll find it in the Rose Park neighborhood of Salt Lake City.

Everything here is made from scratch, starting with the tortillas, and the family recipes come straight from Mexico.

You'll have 13 different taco filling to choose from, but definitely give the al pastor a try. It's slow-roasted on a spit all day long.

The restaurant also offers burritos, quesadillas with flour or corn tortillas, nacho fries, and flautas. They're all just as tasty as the tacos!

Tacos start at just $2.50 each, so you'll want to order a bunch! Top them with salsa, guacamole, and pickled onions.

Visit Santo Taco Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
