This Cheesecake And Espresso Bar In Texas Is Every Dessert Lover’s Wildest Dream

If you have a sweet tooth that just doesn't quit, there's a new dessert shop in San Antonio with your name written all over it. Laika Cheesecake & Espresso recently opened in Alamo Heights, offering personal-size cheesecakes in a bevy of unique flavors, plus coffee lovingly brewed by expert baristas.

Having recently opened in Alamo Heights, Laika Cheesecakes & Espresso is San Antonio's newest dessert shop.

You'll find it on Broadway Street, and hours are 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday.

Served in personal-size jars, the cheesecakes are as pretty to look at as they are delicious.

Each layer is a work of art all its own, and they come together to form a true masterpiece.

You'll see traditional flavors like turtle and New York Strawberry, plus more unique offerings including mango passion fruit and raspberry white chocolate.

The menu changes throughout the year to utilize seasonal fruits and other ingredients.

As you can see, these desserts-for-one are just the right size — not too small or overly indulgent.

Other flavors include dulce de leche, bananas foster, pistachio raspberry, and several other decadent options.

The cheesecakes average about $6 each.
