Everything on the menu is made from scratch, including the pierogi, which are the house specialty. They're hand-made right here in the kitchen every day.

For lunch or dinner, get your pierogi with meat or vegetable fillings. The chef often experiments with different fillings so ask your server what's new. You can choose from boiled pierogi...

...or get them fried. The boiled ones have a wonderful, tender texture; when they're fried they're more crispy on the outside. Either way, they're scrumptious.

Brama Restaurant is open for lunch Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.. It's open for dinner Tuesday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and til 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Stop by for Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
