Are you ready for a stylish taproom? San Francisco just got a special treat for brew lovers. Anchor Brewing Company has opened its long-awaited public bar, called Anchor Public Taps. Come down to Potrero Hill and discover this new taproom.

Anchor Brewing Company has recently opened Anchor Public Taps, located in Potrero Hill in San Francisco.

Anchor Brewing Company began during the California Gold Rush in 1896. The founders, Ernst F. Baruth and his son-in-law, Otto Schinkel, Jr., bought the old brewery to Pacific Avenue and named it Anchor.

This new Taproom offers the classics like Anchor Steam and the California Lager. Moreover, expect exclusive collaboration beers that were made together with other local breweries.

Take a look at the 7-barrel pilot brewery, called the Potrero Project, at the Tap Room. The beers brewed here are experimental beers in small batches reserved for bar-only pours.

Enjoy a tasting of any of the signature beers here like Anchor Steam.

The interior features old fashion/vintage beer cans and other accessories. Anchor Steam has decor that is interesting for sure!

Walk outside and check out cool vibe at the Anchor Tap Room. Also, check out the food trucks that are onsite regularly outside next to the patio at the Tap Room.
