Stoneacre Garden is the newest neighbor of Newport's Stoneacre Brasserie.
The two restaurants are located within a few blocks of each other, although they have very different vibes.
Stoneacre Garden, which opened in July of 2020, is inspired by the gardens and grounds of the Stoneacre Estate.
The estate was designed by America’s first Landscape Architect, Frederick Law Olmsted. And as the name suggests, this place is surrounded by gardens.
While there's an abundance of outdoor seating here, you also can't go wrong with a table in the dining room.
It's still very much a garden oasis.
The cuisine here is Asian inspired, utilizing fresh, local ingredients whenever possible.
The menu, while not massive in size, has a great variety.
If you come for dinner, spring for some small plates to share or order a more hearty entree like fried chicken or sirloin steak.
The Udon noodles here are also out of this world.
Everyone loves a good weekend brunch, and the lineup here is fantastic.
From freshly baked pastries to chicken and waffles, there's something for every appetite here.
