Rhode Island’s Largest Local Restaurant Chain, Chelo’s, Delivers To Your Doorstep

Once upon a time, in 1955, four brothers built a restaurant on a piece of land they had purchased in Cumberland.

The little eatery served grilled burgers and fried fish and chips, plus desserts that were baked fresh daily. Needless to say, it was a pretty popular place.

Currently, there are eight locations in Rhode Island, as well as Rhody Joe's Saloon in Wakefield.

Appetizers include favorites like nachos and potato skins, and the pasta selection is as tempting as the burger menu.

Current regulations limit restaurants to offering takeout and delivery. Thankfully, Chelo's offers both.
