The Ship Inn Restaurant in Exton first opened its doors in 1796 as a public house (pub), catering to hungry and thirsty travelers along the brand new Lancaster Turnpike.

While much has changed in the ensuing centuries, one thing has remained the same. The Ship Inn has maintained its name during its entire lifespan. Today, it welcomes hungry diners for dinner on select evenings.
