Oregon is blessed with incredible natural beauty and an impressive variety of landscapes from forests and deserts to cities and fertile valleys. Our state is also home to an amazingly rich culinary landscape. Bend's Rancher Butcher Chef capitalizes on the delicious foods farmed and raised here to create a truly next-level dining experience.

The ranch-inspired dining room is helmed by chef John Gorham, of Portland's much-missed Toro Brava. The food at this modern steakhouse, which opened in 2021, is fantastic. In fact, after a recent meal at Rancher Butcher Chef, I dare say, that eating there could be one of the best meals of your life.
