The Atom's walls are covered in fine art from local artists, from paintings to photography, and the best part is that it's all for sale!

The shop even showcases handmade jewelry and decor created by Oregon makers and artisans, too.

Art aside, the Atom Bistro is a coffee shop -- and on that, they deliver. The espresso is rich and creamy; and, as you'd expect from a coffee shop/art gallery, the latte art here is exceptional!

If you're not into coffee, the frozen drinks are also stellar here, too.

The Atom boasts a full menu of breakfast and lunch options, including açaí bowls, pancakes, and burritos.

There's even a tater tot-filled breakfast burrito that's out-of-this-world good, and a delicious homage to Oregon's favorite tuber.

This coffee shop is about as delightful as it gets, and definitely a must-visit spot in Oregon!
