The Puffy Tacos were named the best in Oklahoma by Food Network! They're dipped in oil and deep-fried for just a few seconds to puff 'em up...then stuffed with delicious meat and topped with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato onion relish, cheese and crema fresca.
