Located north of downtown in Mason, this adorable coffee shop and kitty cat play place is the purrfect place to go for a unique and charming experience. Kitty Brew Cat Cafe in Mason is half coffee shop, half cat foster home, and you can visit both! You can reserve a time to play with several cats that are looking for their forever homes, and you should also stop by the cafe side for a drink and a snack.

Finding the cafe can be a little tricky, as you have to drive behind the building and to the lower section.

But once you've arrived, you can see from the photo above that the cafe sits on the left and the cat lounge is on the right. Each space has its own entrance.

Even if you decide to head into the cafe first, you can still see kittens and cats playing, sleeping, and having fun through the windows.

There are many tables throughout the cafe and it's a quiet place to work, meet up with a friend, or just grab a delicious beverage and sweet treat.

The menu is filled with cat-themed drinks and snacks that add to the charm of this cat lover's paradise.

Order a locally made coffee and a pastry and relax before or after your time in the cat lounge. Reservations are recommended for your time slot in the lounge (although they will try and accommodate walk-ins, depending on the crowd), and you can reserve your time on the website linked below.

Your one-hour reservation is $10 per person, but be sure to check the website and Facebook page for specials for seniors, students, and veterans.

The L-shaped space is often home to as many as 25 kittens and cats and you're free to walk around and play or sit and allow one to curl up on your lap. Of course, each cat has its own personality, so each of your visits will be different as you will likely see new furry friends when you return.
