The year was 1950. A resident by the name of Nick Johnson opened Johnson's Deli, whose sandwiches became a staple of the community. The building closed in 1983, but today it holds a new local favorite: Brewfontaine.

Located in the heart of Downtown Bellefontaine, Brewfontaine is the perfect spot to grab a drink, enjoy a delicious bite, and catch up with friends and neighbors.

The bar features a spacious all-weather heated patio outside to ensure that the party keeps going even in the coldest weather.

This beloved craft beer bar is home to an impressive selection of 16 beer taps and 4 wine taps. That's right -- you can enjoy wine poured directly from a tap!

Serving wine from a keg is a trend that originates in California. This gives the wine a fresher taste and is an eco-friendly option.

Additionally, there are over 40 different bottles and cans to choose from. The rotation changes constantly, so there's always something for every preference.

In addition to beer and wine, Brewfontaine offers specialty drinks and cocktails, such as these Summer Cocktails.

If it's your first time visiting, be sure to order a round of the Signature Pretzels. These mustache-shaped treats are made in-house and are served with a side of Saucy Sows Sweet Pepper Mustard, made locally in Jackson Center, Ohio.

All sandwiches are served with Mumford's potato chips, made in Urbana, Ohio, and a house-made IPA beer pickle. These pickles are so popular that many people stop by just to order them!
