As a micro-brewery, Kaktus Brewing Company specializes in creating small-batch, craft beers.

Aside from their brews, one of the menu highlights are the hot dogs.

You won't find just typical all-beef sausages here; options include wild boar and an elk cheddar sausage with jalapeño. One of our favorites is their version of the chili dog, which features an all-beef hot dog with a savory and slightly spicy house-made bison chili.
