This Nebraska Arcade With 64 Vintage Games Will Bring Out Your Inner Child

When you want to feel like a kid again, there's nothing quite like spending a whole night playing the video games you've loved since you were young. And if you really want to have a great time, leave the kids at home and head out to this grownups-only arcade with dozens of vintage games and craft beers.

Welcome to Beercade in Omaha!

This adults-only spot has been providing a fun place to gather, drink, and play since April of 2012.

There are 50 arcade games, 12 pinball machines, and two skeeball machines on two levels in this unique Benson bar.

You'll find all of your old favorites here, from Street Fighter and Pac-Man to Bubble Bobble and Tekken.

Unlike when you were a kid hanging out at the mall arcade, you can have some alcoholic beverages here while you're racking up points.

The specialty at this bar is craft beer; you'll find more than 20 rotating selections on tap. If you can't decide what to try first, the friendly bartenders are always happy to help you find the perfect match.

The full bar also serves cocktails, many of which have delightful video game-inspired names.

If your video game vibe is more basement rec room than arcade, you'll love the basement at Beercade. It's known as "Mom's Basement," and all of the games down here are on free play - no quarters needed! Just pay $3 for unlimited play all night long.

Mom's Basement is a private party room, but it's open to the public Fridays and Saturdays from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. The basement bar serves a smaller selection than the one upstairs but still features plenty of beers both on tap and in cans.
