A Tasty Treasure In Small Town Mississippi, Regina’s Kitchen Serves Up Wine, Cheese, And Southern Culinary Tips

The recently opened Regina’s Kitchen is a one-stop shop for foodies. Part restaurant, part wine and cheese bar, and part cooking school, a visit is sure to tantalize your taste buds. Plus, you'll leave with some cooking tips that'll last a lifetime. Take a look:

One of Natchez’s newest additions, Regina’s Kitchen opened in April 2019.

A real culinary gem, it’s both an eatery and a cooking school, which offers classes that focus on Southern cooking techniques….

….including daily classes on how to make the perfect biscuit.

And there’s nobody better to teach such classes than acclaimed chef Regina Charboneau. Not only does she own Regina’s Kitchen, but she's also the owner of the popular eatery, Biscuits and Blues.

Perfect for cooks of all skill levels and groups of all sizes, the classes are fun, casual, and short – they’re only about 45 minutes.

In addition to cooking classes, Regina’s Kitchen hosts a variety of Chef’s Table dinners.

There are also themed pop up dinners, like a French Bistro Pop Up and a Burgers and Bourbon Pop Up.

But that’s still not all Regina’s Kitchen has to offer. The eatery also includes a wine and cheese bar.

Enjoy your favorite wine by-the-glass or take advantage of the bar’s flights and do a little sampling.

Charcuterie boards and small plates are also part of the menu.

So, are you ready to pay a visit to this culinary gem? Regina’s Kitchen is open Tuesday - Saturday. Dinner is served nightly, from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. Biscuit classes are held daily at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. For more information, call (601) 392-1756. You can also visit the Regina’s Kitchen website or Facebook page.
