This is El Maguey. It’s located in the small coastal town of Bay St. Louis.

Officially dubbed the "Macho Burrito," it’s made by filling a 12" flour tortilla with rice, beans, beef, chicken, lettuce, sour cream, jalapeños, and tomatoes.
