Blue Canoe Is A Little-Known Mississippi Restaurant That’s In The Middle Of Nowhere, But Worth The Drive

The quaint, off-the-beaten-path town of Tupelo is, perhaps, best known as the birthplace of rock and roll legend Elvis Presley. But the city of slightly less than 40,000 residents has a number of other attributes as well, including a lively dining scene.

The Blue Canoe restaurant is a longtime establishment in Tupelo that is worth a stop. Live music is a prominent feature within the eatery. The menu boasts a variety of unique pub-inspired grub and is complimented with a robust beer menu.

The owners of Blue Canoe describe the establishment as “a laid back, funky joint.” That point, perhaps, is best accentuated by the ambiance and range of unique menu offerings.
