One of our favorite spots in Minnesota is a quirky restaurant in Minneapolis that is as delightful as it is delicious. Check it out:

The restaurant has been around since 2005, when the owners converted an old salon into a charming 1970s-themed restaurant.

The outside is nice enough, but the inside is full of quirky goodness that will take you on a trip down memory lane.

The walls are lined with kitschy artwork and figurines. You'll spend so much time admiring the surroundings that your food will appear in no time at all.

Speaking of food, Hot Plate is known for its delicious breakfasts. Their specialty? Pancakes loaded with Nutella, peanut butter, and bacon. Yum!

There are plenty of breakfast classics if you're craving something more traditional. You can't go wrong with biscuits and gravy or a signature scramble.
