Deboer Bakkerij & Dutch Brothers Restaurant is located in the city of Holland in West Michigan. The Dutch-style bakery is just a few miles from the shores of Lake Michigan.

DeBoer’s history starts with the family immigrating from Kollum, Nederland in 1956 and bringing along classic Dutch recipes.

Now, fourth-generation baker Jakob de Boer and his sons are at the helm and continue to produce the best baked goods around.

Delicious artisan breads, mouthwatering pastries, and delectable donuts are all staples at DeBoer’s.

If you’re in more of a savory mood, try the melt-in-your-mouth gouda cheese and ham croissant. Don’t forget to order a cup of house-made Koffie made with freshly roasted coffee beans.

But the star of the show is the authentic Dutch food and pastries, like Krakelingen and Saucizenbroodjes (Dutch pigs in a blanket).

There is also the breakfast and lunch Dutch Brothers Restaurant that serves unique dishes like Opa’s corned beef hash, klompen cakes, and split pea soup. Traditional breakfast fare like omelets, French toast, and oatmeal are also offered.

Deboer’s is so popular among locals that a second location was opened in 2018 on the south side of town. The same baked goods are served at this location and you can take them "to go" when you visit nearby downtown Holland.
