Yes, You Can Eat Unlimited Brunch at This Beloved Massachusetts Restaurant
You won’t leave hungry when you experience this endless brunch in MA.
You never know what amazing things you might find hiding right in your own neighborhood. Perhaps there is a fascinating story written on a historical plaque that you have never stopped to look at, a childhood relic hiding in that cute little antique shop on your corner, or, in the case of my recent discovery, a phenomenal breakfast at a nearby eatery. I recently experienced the unlimited brunch at a Beverly restaurant called the Mission Boathouse, and it was so good that I just have to tell you all about it.
Mission Boathouse is a relatively new restaurant located right on the water at the foot of the Veterans Memorial Bridge, which connects the city of Beverly to Salem. The building boasts gorgeous views of Beverly Harbor and has an upscale, cozy interior. I had actually dined here previously and enjoyed an outstanding dinner, but didn’t even realize the restaurant served brunch until I heard about it from a friend. And let me tell you, I’m so glad that I decided to see what it was all about.
The Bottomless Brunch at Mission Boathouse is served every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. What sets it apart from the typical restaurant weekend brunch is that it's an all-you-can-eat, full-service meal, rather than a self-serve buffet. You have an hour and a half to try whatever you like and order as many dishes as you can eat.
And speaking of dishes, the brunch menu consists of delicious breakfast choices such as waffles, avocado and eggs toast, Huevos Rancheros, and Eggs Benedict. And it also includes tacos, pierogies, and chicken wings. And don’t forget to sample some of the outstanding Jalapeño Corn Bread with maple-cinnamon butter, as well as the decadent bread pudding.
You will definitely want to get a yummy cocktail to wash down your meal. While the heaping Bloody Marys seem to be the most popular drink of choice, you can also order wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and other cocktails. Please note that drinks are not included in the price of the brunch.
You are probably wondering, “How much does the Mission Boathouse Bottomless Brunch cost?” Well, I was actually quite shocked at the price. For less than twenty dollars per person, this unlimited feast is quite a bargain! And after eating all this food, you will not be hungry for the rest of the day. If you feel like you need to walk off some of your meal, I recommend following brunch with a scenic stroll around Shoe Pond, which is about a five-minute drive from the restaurant.
Between the endless food, spectacular waterfront views, and welcoming atmosphere, a visit to the Mission Boathouse is the perfect way to spend a relaxing weekend morning with family or a group of friends. My first experience was amazing, and I look forward to eating brunch here again. I also recommend trying the restaurant's regular lunch and dinner menu, which is filled with superb seafood, pasta, and sushi.
