Hangar B’s philosophy is that the same amount of care and attention should be paid to breakfast as is normally paid to lunch or dinner, so you’ll definitely find some impressive morning offerings at this Cape Cod eatery.
They serve breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Their creative menu includes all the classics, like eggs Benedict and huevos rancheros, as well as some unique concoctions such as Red Flannel hash, lemon ricotta pancakes and challah french toast.
There’s also plenty to take home: potato buttermilk doughnuts, balsamic jam, blackberry lemon jam and freshly roasted, local coffee.
There is a fenced playground at the bottom of the stairs, so tots can burn off a bit of energy before sitting down to eat.
Despite its unusual location, this restaurant can get pretty lively on the weekends. If you’re thinking of coming in during peak hours on Saturday or Sunday morning, be prepared for the possibility of a slight wait. But that's just further proof of how tasty the food is.
