Welcome to the Coplin Dinner House, located in Stratton just a few miles from Sugarloaf Mountain.

The restaurant, owned and operated by Heidi Donovan and Chef Tony Rossi, sits within a farmhouse dating back to 1896. The farmhouse was once the largest dairy farm in the area.

And while you can't help but love the ambiance and history, it's the food we think everyone loves most. The hearty portions of the kind of food that warms the soul are delicious.

Each dish features fresh and local ingredients as much as possible, which means this food carries a distinct taste of Maine.

The Coplin Dinner House is open Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. They're closed on Monday and Tuesday.
