Kansas has plenty of delicious restaurants, but many of those just don't look like much from the outside. The food, however, makes it worth your while to visit some of these less pretty restaurants. This one in particular has some stunning meals, but you've got to get past it's rough exterior. Take my word for it, the food here is delicious every time.

Welcome to Made From Scratch, a small town restaurant in Wilson, Kansas, that's serving up delicious food that speaks louder than its decor.

The food here is a great price range, and you get plenty to eat for what you're spending. I've never left with an empty stomach yet! Looks are truly deceiving here.

Breakfast, my favorite meal of the day, is served as hearty plates of classic, hot foods you'd expect Mama to make you.

Bierocks, a weakness of many Kansans, are served here in sizes almost as large as the plates. This alone is a great reason to visit this wonderful eatery!
